SOLO & ENSEMBLE

This form (https://forms.gle/dRp757FeWKwtUFiW9) is required to sign up for FOA Solo and Ensemble at Jefferson MS on Sat, November 8th 2025. S&E is an event required by all members of Bayside Philharmonia, and strongly recommended for all other students in Sinfonietta Orchestra and Concert Orchestra.

This form is DUE ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 6TH by 3:35p in order to guarantee your requested information be entered into MPA Online for proper scheduling.

This is a HARD deadline, so please feel free to submit your information earlier

PRISM SMALL ACTS!!

This form (https://forms.gle/ErxjfadDuEis9RMQ9) is required for any small acts to be considered for a Small Act in the 2025 Bayside High School PRISM concert. This is only open to current students in Band, Orchestra, Guitar, or Color Guard.

(AKA a student in any of Mr. Delgado or Mr. Kirbys classes, OR an active member of Color Guard for the 2025 Season)

Your submission must be 3:00 minutes or shorter.

The HARD DEADLINE due date is Monday, November 10th at 11:59p

The expectation is that your submission is PERFORMANCE ready - i.e. you have all personnel, props, and accessories that you plan to utilize for the full show. Plan ahead to REHEARSE your piece a few times ahead of submitting. If you need to utilize campus, talk to Mr. Delgado or Mr. Kirby WELL IN ADVANCED (about a week) before any scheduled rehearsals to see if the facilities will be available.

Also plan ahead to perform the small acts memorized, as moving music stands is a logistical challenge, and may not be possible for your group.
